An RFID wet inlay consists of a dry inlay (PET substrate + aluminum antenna + chip) plus an adhesive layer on the back. Therefore, wet inlays are often referred to as labels or smart labels. A fully functional RFID transponder can be used directly or for manufacturing (OEM). For embedding in cards, tags, labels, etc.
